The universe has brought us together, so let me tell you a little bit more about me...
I studied psychology, which led to a corporate career understanding consumer behaviour.
I was diagnosed with endometriosis in my early '30s and, facing a future of potential infertility and surgeries, I began exploring holistic approaches through diet and lifestyle. This led me to reflexology.
I qualified as a reflexologist in 2015, at the London School of Reflexology, studying under Louise Keet, author of The Reflexology Bible. Amazingly, I fell pregnant with my daughter during the course (as did two other classmates). I’m convinced the regular reflexology I was receiving played a part.
For years I balanced my corporate job with my reflexology practice, but deep down I knew the corporate world didn't align with who I am. It wasn't until I experienced burnout and severe work anxiety that I finally made the change. Now I freelance on my terms, allowing me to focus on what I love: having a positive impact on others.
I'm passionate about reflexology because of the profoundly calming effect it has on my clients (and on me).
I’m originally from South Africa but I consider myself a proud Londoner. I’m a soduku puzzle ninja and unashamed chocaholic. I hate cooking but I love baking. I’m into personal development, natural alternatives and I’m vegan for the animals.
