Reflexology for Fertility & Conception

Reflexology to Support Fertility

Trying for a baby can begin with real excitement — and if things don’t happen as quickly as you hoped, it can start to feel stressful, upsetting and overwhelming. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that may help you relax, feel calmer, and more supported as you navigate your conception journey.

I’m trained in Reproreflexology™ (Reproductive Reflexology), using specific protocols to support reproductive wellbeing and to complement assisted conception (including Clomid, ICSI, IUI and IVF). I can also incorporate tailored protocols to support you alongside reproductive conditions such as endometriosis or PCOS.

Wherever you are on your path to parenthood, sessions are tailored to you — offering a calm, nurturing space to pause, breathe, and feel supported.

The Treatment Plan

We start with a detailed initial consultation where we explore your fertility journey so far, alongside your medical history, lifestyle, cycle patterns and any other factors that may be relevant. If you have them, it can be helpful to bring BBT charts and any fertility test results.

Your treatment plan will be tailored to your circumstances — whether you are:

  • Preparing your body for conception

  • Trying to conceive naturally

  • Undergoing fertility investigations or treatment

  • Exploring donor or surrogacy pathways

If possible, a 3-month preconception plan with weekly reflexology is often recommended before trying to conceive or before starting an assisted conception cycle. I also provide holistic guidance and advice around cycle awareness, supportive lifestyle habits and self-care.

Natural conception: when actively trying to conceive, weekly treatments are recommended for at least one full cycle, then reducing to two treatments per month (typically before and after ovulation), depending on your needs.

IUI / IVF / ICSI: weekly treatments are commonly recommended throughout the full treatment cycle.

Weekly appointments aren’t always realistic, so we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your budget, availability and needs.

Many doctors and fertility specialists recognise Reflexology as a beneficial complementary therapy during fertility treatment and IVF cycles.
